The email with your tickets was sent from confirmation@etix.com. In addition to your inbox, please check your spam and trash folders to be sure it wasn't accidentally filtered.

If you're at the venue and need immediate assistance, head straight to the Box Office. If you purchased your tickets through Seat Relay, the staff there can look up your order and help you out on the spot.
