After my tickets have sold, can Seat Relay reverse the sale and return my tickets?
No. Once your tickets have been sold on Seat Relay, the sale cannot be reversed.
When your tickets sell, the original tickets are immediately voided and new tickets are issued to the buyer. Because of this, Seat Relay cannot retrieve or restore your original tickets.
This policy applies even if you listed your tickets by mistake, changed your plans, or no longer want to sell them. Before listing tickets for sale, please make sure you're comfortable with completing the sale, as all Seat Relay sales are final.
