Seat Relay doesn't find my tickets, or my tickets are not in my account. Why?
There are a few reasons why tickets may not appear when trying to list your tickets for sale:
- You may be signed into a different account than the one used to buy the tickets.
- The tickets may not yet be delivered by the primary seller.
- The event or ticket type may not be eligible for resale.
- Seat Relay may not support the event or venue for which you have tickets.
Double-check your login email and confirmation details. If you’re still not seeing your tickets, and believe you should be, please contact support.
