What happens when my tickets are sold?

When your tickets are sold, you will be notified of the sale and receive an update in your account. Once we verify and complete the sale, your original tickets will be invalidated and reissued to the purchaser. The purchaser will not be given your name or any details about your order.
Once tickets are sold they cannot be retrieved.
