Apple Sign-In is No Longer Supported on Seat Relay

We’ve recently removed the option to log in or create an account using Sign in with Apple.

Why? Many customers used Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, which created a private relay email address. Unfortunately, these hidden email addresses made it difficult for our support team to assist customers and caused issues with email delivery. To provide you with better service and more reliable communication, we’ve discontinued this login method.

What this means for you

  • You will no longer be able to sign in using “Continue with Apple.”
  • Your account is still safe, and you'll retain any tickets you have! We just need you to update your login details.

What to do next:

  1. Set a password: If you previously signed in with Apple, you’ll need to create a password for your account. Steps to take:
    1. Find your @privaterelay.appleid.com email address associated with your account. You might find it by searching for a Seat Relay email in your inbox, or you can also follow these "View your Hide My Email address" instructions to find it on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
    2. Go to https://seatrelay.com and click the "Log In" button in the top right corner
    3. Click the black "Log In with Email" button
    4. Click the "Forgot password?" link, and follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password and request a sign-in link
  2. Update your email address (highly recommended): If your account is tied to an Apple Relay email (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), we suggest updating your account to use your personal email. This ensures you’ll reliably receive order confirmations, updates, and support communications. To do this:
    1. Log in to your Seat Relay account
    2. Click on the profile icon at the top right of your screen
    3. Click "Edit Profile"
    4. Click "Change email address"
    5. Follow the instructions on the screen to change your email address
  3. Update your email address in Stripe Connect (ticket sellers only):
    1. Visit https://seatrelay.com/account
    2. At the bottom of the list, click on "Click here" in "Click here if you would like to review or change your existing selling payout method."
    3. In Stripe Connect, find the "Personal details" section and click "Edit"
    4. Update your email address
