I have not received my tickets!
Can’t find your tickets? Here’s what to do:
- Double-check your order. Make sure you completed your purchase. You can view your order details anytime in your Wallet.
- Check your email. You should receive two confirmation emails—one from Seat Relay and one from Etix (which includes your tickets or instructions to access them).
- Look in spam or junk folders. Sometimes emails get filtered. The purchase confirmation message from Etix will come from confirmation@etix.com, so be sure to check all folders and add that address to your contacts.
- Still no luck? We’re here to help. If you can’t locate your tickets, just fill out our Support Form and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
- At the event and need help fast? Head straight to the venue’s Box Office. If you bought your tickets on Seat Relay, they’ll be able to look up your order and help you get in.
If you're at the venue and need immediate assistance, head straight to the Box Office. If you purchased your tickets through Seat Relay, the staff there can look up your order and help you out on the spot.
