How and when will I receive my tickets?

Right after your purchase, you’ll get a confirmation email from Seat Relay with all your order details. Then, within about an hour, you’ll receive another email from Etix with instructions on how to access your tickets. Your tickets will be reissued just for you, in your name.
The email including your tickets will be sent from confirmation@etix.com. Be sure to add this email address to your address book.
